Spark IV x red pop up file is corrupted

Hello all

First time for GTA just setting up things got to all the way to spark IV.

 

I like to put the downloaded police cars into GTA iv/

 

Whe I push spark iv exe. it opens up fine, Then I push browse , the  X red button pops up and saying Uhanddeled exeption has iccured in your app.  The file or dirctory is corrupted and unreadadble

 

Ok so what should I do know, lol/

It does it both in 0.6.6 and 0.6.9 

 

Yes I using as a admin when I start it.

Up date I need to load it first, right, so I open and loaded the models and vehicles right? help! lol

Running windows 7 , still locking up. I will try to figue this out, but I think I got the dodge charger download in there.

Have you tried it in compatibility mode for maybe, XP SP3 or vista? I don't know what it could be - did you create a folder in your GTA IV root directory named "sparkiv" and put all the sparkiv files inside, then run it? That may be the problem...
