Vehicle mods - spawn but can’t get in!

I’ve been modding for a little while. I’ve changed all of the vehicles models at this point but no matter what I do, I can’t get my sheriff 2 and fbi 2 vehicles to work. They spawn in and look great but I cannot get in the vehicle or use it in any way!

 

I would rather not start again, any help appreciated!

 

All other vehicles from the same pack work great.
