Well, I tried changing the callouts plugin, but it seems to happen with any and all callout packs to be honest. JM Callouts Remastered, Tacsims casual callouts, supercallouts, 686 callouts, and others all seem to crash the LSPD:FR plugin after detaining a ped spawned by those callouts. 

I will try to find a different set of callouts, one that finally might not crash LSPD:FR, but otherwise I'm left completely without any callouts at all.

    Alright, now it doesn't crash LSPD:FR but my character still freezes in place, same as the detainee which also loses collison. Well, more like gets disconnected from his body because his body loses collision and remains in one place while the actual NPC can be pushed, you cans see handcuffs where he is, but you can't interact with the ped in any way other than killing it.
    LSPD:FR itself seems to be quite broken at the moment.
