Where do I replace police vehicles and other vehicles?

I used to be able to do this easily, but now I haven't done this in a year, and I have reinstalled it; is a lot harder now.

And I can't find any up-to-date tutorials that would and should work anymore.

Edit: I do have them installed in: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mp2024_01\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mp2024_01.rpf\

I found that to be the correct installation place on another forum, but it was not.

Edit2: After asking in the RPH Discord server, I found that the correct installation place was: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patch2025_01\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

    Emergency vehicles need to go into patch2024_02 and NOT mp2024_01
