The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Got back to LSPDFR after a break, deleted my mods and now I can't find one that was so good in my opinion, it was like Fast Draw (I believe it had a similar name), but you could draw up to 4 pieces of equipment at any time without using the weapon wheel. I'm so mad I can't find it! grrrrr (sorry I didn't know where to post so I posted here). Thanks to the hero that will find it. 

yeah i'm just a little bit slow, it's legit fast draw (it's 2am)
