The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I would really like to see a Crash Crew Personnel "department". For instance, if you have a MVA, there would be debris from the vehicles in the road, so you would call Crash Crew (or wtv you call it in your state), and you would have a timer for them to clear it up. (ex. 5 mins). This would take a pretty hefty amount of work from the LSPDFR team, but I think it would be amazing for RP purposes
