How do I make ELS hybrid lights behave like ELS lights?

Hi so I downloaded a pack of cars that are ELS hybrid but the lights don't act like how I want them to so I was wondering if anyone had any idea of how to combat this issue.

 

Some of the lights on the car such as the visor lights flash properly but all the other lights on the car flash like the ones from the base game.

 

The pack I'm using is:

[32 sirens][DLC][ELS HYBRID] Shawnee Kansas Police Mega Pack 1.0.0

 

The problem is with the 2020 FPIU slicktop
