rph opens and start GTA V but it is stucked on launching game. I have fully uninstalled the game a re-installed it directly with Rockstar launcher, steam and epic games since I have regal copy of the game on all 3 launchers, Still LSPDFR is not loading which is weird that it does open and starts GTA V but the rph is stucked on "launching game" even though it had already started it. I have tried all old tricks to open game first and then open rph but nothing seems to work.
