The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hats not loading. I had Eup installed, one day I installed the mpclothes mod and tactical vests then problems appeared. After entering the game the hats stopped working. Most likely it is due to a slot conflict. Is there anyone here who can help?

    try installing pedproplimitadjuster. This should solve the issue
