RPH Not Loading At GTA Launch?

Featured Replies

I've followed all the newest tutorials verbatim and everything should be in the proper folders, yet when I launch RPH it launches GTA 5 just fine but it's an unmodded version and the main menu is the same vanilla online/story mode with no mention of RPH, LSPDFR, or any additional logos. When I enter into story mode it's still vanilla GTA

FIXED::::

Another user on the forum had the correct solution BUT I had to right click RPH.exe > properties > compatibility > change settings for all users > and check "Register this program for restart"

I also ran the RPH.exe in admin mode so I'm not sure which part solved the issue, but it's working now after hours of reinstalling the same files over and over again with no luck. Hope this helps someone!

I had the exact same issue. Right click on the RPH.exe and select properties->compatibility and check the select program for restart box. Then click apply and try to laucht the RPH.exe. This fixed it for me.
