The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

ADD ON/REPLACE CARS NOT SHOWING UP TO SPAWN.

Ive Downloaded the cars perfectly fine, followed every instruction perfectly. yet still when i go into GTA5 the cars dont show up. when i type in the cars name it doesnt appear. and when i spawn the car it should have replaced, its just the normal in game one. PLEASE HELP!

What instructions were given? Did you install addon, replace or both? Did you edit dlclidt properly? If you installed Replace files, where did you install them? If you installed addons, what directory did you install them too? Do you have Packfile limit adjuster, heap adjuster, and resource adjuster, and gameconfig?
