Game Freezes And Lspdfr gets removed

Hello i need some help, so when i launch lspdfr it goes normal for like the next 5 minutes and then my game freezes usually when im doing a callout and then my game runs again but the lspdfr mod just gets removed like lets say the dude i was chasing after just stops running away or when the cops helping just stop doing what they are doing and they just leave and if i pause the game the lspdfr tab is gone but i can still see blips on the map like the police departments etc ive been trying to fix this with setting the PluginTimeoutThreshold higher and higher but nothing if theres a solution please tell me and thank you.
