The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Noticed a pattern lately, LSPDFR always shuts down on the RAGE loading screen but the game loads normally with the exception of the LSPDFR loading icon on the bottom right. However when you press "ReloadAllPlugins" on the console, LSPDFR works as intended. 

I only made this because having to do this every time to play is so inconvenient and annoying. 

(This is my second post on the matter to clear things up as post no.1 had a lot of edits.)
