Grand Theft Auto IV not rebuilding any models.

Hello,

I've recently been having problems when it comes to GTAIV, I had a problem where I kept getting stuck on the second copyright screen when loading the game up, and I've fixed that by vertifying the game integrety, and that seemed to fix it, but now my models, and some of the scirpts don't seem to be working, LCPD:FR seems to be working fine, and the Bravo's script, and the Trainer, but the VDH Police Helper and the car models don't seem to be changing.

Even when I use SparkIV, I save and rebuilding, (vise versa), It still manages to fail the script and not load the models, any ideas? I have updated to Patch 7, and recently updated the GFWL (Games for windows live).
