The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Does Anybody know how to not make traffic move on stage one and two for ELS Hybrid vehicles? For my situation, I installed Sky's Development Texas DPS ELS-Hybrid vehicle pack, and every single vehicle when I hit my first ELS click to turn on stage one (only lights on the backside of the vehicle) or stage two (a few more lights but not all) it alerts traffic and moves them as if I was in stage 3, whereas normally when on stage one and two in an ELS vehicle or ELS-Hybrid they don't alert traffic until stage 3 is initiated. I know there has to be a workaround with this because almost all of my other ELS-hybrid vehicle packs don't alert traffic on stage one or two. Anybody got any ideas. Let me know! Thanks!
