Every few minutes, a man spawns in my game and hunting a coyote with a rifle. I can't talk to him. I don't know where they came from, maybe from some Callouts mod? Traffic Policer? I don't know. They are marked on the map with green blips and signed as “Enemy". Can anyone help me where they came from and how to remove this? PLEASE 😭
