The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Whenever I click on the desktop shortcut of rage plugin hook, or the one in my taskbar, or the one in my main gta 5 folder, it comes up as the first blue circle like its about to load, then it stops, another blue circle appears for a second, and disappears, and never even opens the tab, nothing for setting, nothing to show its launching the game, nothing.
