Bulletproof glass for vehicles without blender/zmodeler

Hey! I want to add bulletproof glass to my patrol car but, I tried with ZModeler but it didnt work (Like I cant import models at all it says I need the importexport thingie) and I dont know how to go from the file format GTA uses to the one Blender uses, so I was wondering if there was any way to have bulletproof glass without those, also the car I want to have bulletproof glass on doesent have a special xml file or anything it just has the vehicle model files and a els file, if there isnt any way to do this can someone tell me how to go from the format GTA uses to the one Blender uses please ?
