i cant seem to load my game without any mods or anything just lspdfr. i have a crash report but i cant send it for some reason. i set my thing 60 000. doesnt work. please help

go into your main game directory and find RagePluginHook.log. Copy and paste it here. It is not in the LOGS folder

yes both installed
