Traffic stop cancels when I leave my car

Not sure why, but sometimes during a traffic stop, it just automatically cancels when I leave my vehicle. I don't know if it's some other mod interfering with it, but it was working perfectly until yesterday. The button to leave my car is "F" and the button to start a traffic stop is "U" for me. Usually the first traffic stop I do after loading into the game doesn't have the issue, but after that it starts to cancel it. Please help me fix this as it is very annoying. Reloading all plugins also doesn't help, I've tried it before.
