Hello. Im strugglin with tryin to increase peds health but it still not givin me any results. 

That's what i did
>>OpenIV with all neccessary plugins installed
>>common.rpf + update/update.rpf copied to "mods" folder 

>>i changed value in pedhealth.meta

And here's my results:

 

Peds still dying from one back punch/one shot in the foot

 

Im using those values from some mod:

Previously when i tried to set that:

Peds was able to kill me with one punch (even if i had full hp).

 

I don't know what's the problem. 

Should I copy any other files to the mods folder even though I'm only editing one file?

 

My goal is to make peds dying after at least 15 punches/2-4 shots. What should i do?

 

PS. 

I even downloaded World of Variety to see these values (the peds were stronger in this mod), but they are the same as in the vanilla version ^^
