One weird cop in mission row

So I have all PEDS(ai) working normally. beside one.

Below the Stairs to the roof in mission row is a officer who is beating up a suspect or something like that. That officer is heavily bugged with his outfit. I already tried back and forward even in lspdfr folder and so on and could not locate it

Yes, its the same outfit as when you wrongfully installed it but all other cops are fine and this officer never appear anywhere else

Easy to recreate when teleporting to the roof and running down
somewhere this officer must be definied to get his clothing, but I can not find it

using the official LSPDFR Config + Ultimate Backup config (but ultimate backup has nothing to do here)

If I follow him he doesn’t despawn, I look away he despawns
