Need help

Ok so I'm very new at pc gaming. Yesterday I downloaded lcpdfr and a few other mods on here. Everything was fine and worked. Today I got on played gta v then downloaded the Lenny mod and a few others. I continued playing Everything was working. Well I had to leave so I shut everything thing down and left. I came back started everything like normal thru rage then when the rage loading screen pops up it shows a error saying I have to open gtav thru Rockstar app. When I hit close gta v loads I'm able to click rage story plug it. then it gets to the loading screen loads for a minute then the loading bar stops moving next to loading story mode woth rage plug in hook and the pictures stop switching but music continues as normal. I tried restarting pc no luck. What should I do sorry I'm new at this
