my game crashes when right after i click story mode with rage plugin hook

Update: the game runs if i rename the mods folder to _mods

it crashes on the first line after i click storymode which says initializing game support.

i have tried 3 different gameconfigs. this is the only things i have added to the dlclist

 

If you cant read it, my fault the added lines are

All the mods i have used are most of criminal justice's 2024 full install for lspdfr mods in the video, heap adjuster, packfile limit adjuster, gameconfig v34 from gta5 mods.com, weapons limit adjuster, sahp code 3 addon pack, mpclothes, 686 callouts, kuchera callouts, chaos callouts, mccallouts, immersive callouts, super callouts, police k9 shepherd, alexsheriff addon pack, bmw bike pack, improved ai accuracy, police menu, lspdfr enhanced, thinlinesanctuary glock 19 and attachment pack, thinlinesanctuary gaurdian LBV, thinlinesanctuary combat belt and holster pack, thinlinesanctuary ddm4v7, thinlinesanctuary avs plate carrier, eup vest and earpiece by hanako, eup menu, 2023 srt charger by emergencydistributors, blaine county sheriff upgrade pack also by emergencydistributors, f150 blackout by emergencydistributors, los santos police department pack by emergencydistributors (i used replace), realistic weapon sounds, hk416, x23 taser, and remington 870.

 i downloaded all the thin line sanctuary mods from launcherleaks.net but all the others i got from lcpdfr.com or gta5mods.com

it has to be when i added and replaced cars or with guns.
