Story Mode won't load

Featured Replies

I installed LSPDFR and was able to play it for a couple of hours, then decided to add a few mods to it.  However, the game wouldn't launch with the mods I picked.  I deleted those and tried just playing the basic LFPDFR again but I kept getting stuck on the Story Mode launch screen.  Now, I've reinstalled the whole GTA V game several times, even deleted all the files between installations and it still gets stuck on the Story Mode launch now, even without any mods at all installed.  And yes I have validated the files through Steam several times, and I have tried running Steam as an administrator.  Nothing seems to be working at all now even with just the basic GTA V game installed.  It just tries to load forever and never goes into the game.  Is there anyone that knows anything else I can do?
