The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

(edit) This is very embarassing but the solution to my problem was installing ragenativeui i stupidly forgot to install and caused more stress than i should have LOL.

 

My LSPDFR crashes when i have the lspdfr folder put in the plugins folder for when im trying to install any plugins but once the lspdfr folder is taken out of the plugins folder, the game works. I cant install any plugins because of this problem ands it getting irritating.
