The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi! Im having this very annoying problem. I have tried everything from redownloading, Installing the advanced hook in the ELS download file. Im at my brink lol. Please help me, I am new to modding and such. 

Any assistance will be appreciated.

    I have the exact error and for my solution you copy your "update" folder INSIDE "mods" folder but this gonna delete your modsCould contain: text, screenshot, software
