The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I got 

 recently. I followed a tutorial and everything was looking good. Until I check the armor category which is wasn't there. Therefore I checked every single category to try and find it. Even going through all of them two times intently. I saw that another person had this problem and his fix was using MP addon cloths. But, that didn't work for me.

(btw I chose Vest 5 Size 1)
