I have tried changing the Gang (MP ped variable) and the Cop (Police NPC variable) and nothing happened, so it's clearly not that. What LSPDFR file affects this? Or am I just dumb.

 

Please don't move this to GTA 5 support again, as this is purely about the LSPDFR peds.
