RDE - Police lights for county sheriffs cars flash too large

Have zero clue what caused this or if I just hadn't had this happen until now. The County Sheriff police vehicles (excluding the bike/box truck) all have their police lights flash at an enormous size, roughly the size of the vehicle for each individual light on the lightbar. Not sure if I can fix this by editing something in the RDE vehicle files or this is another mod I have that conflicts with those specific vehicles.

 

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
