Rage Hook Disclaimer crash

Featured Replies

Hello,

when I’m going to load my Rage Hook a white screen that says “Disclaimer” comes up for about 30 seconds, then it closes. No crash log, just crashing.

Hello to you as well! I'm not quite sure if I'll be able to fix your issue, but I'd like to try! Here are some things you can try:

- Disable your antivirus
- Ensure your files are compatible with your current GTA V version, and update if needed
- Reinstall RagePluginHook
- Remove startup.rphs (You can move it to another folder if you'd like instead of deleting it, of course.)
- Take all modded .dll and .asl files not tied to RagePluginHook (such as HeapAdjuster, AdvancedHook, ScriptHookV, etc.) out of your GTA V folder. Once all your modded dll and asi files are out, re-launch RagePluginHook. If it works, accept the terms, set up your settings and then press the exit button. After that, you can re-add your dlls and asi's.

Please let me know it that works for you! Please note, for the last thing to try, it's likely that if you hold left shift while trying to access RagePluginHook, it still will do the white screen "Release Shift" and crash, but launching normally should work once you get to the accept screen and press accept!
