Why is my police light (textures) are far above the car ?

So I made this model by getting the base car model and replaced the sirens and lights on top of the car with another model that I got from a modded police vehicle. Transfered the bones and made the little settings to the bones and stuff. I replaced the carcols.meta, vehicle.meta, and carvariations.meta on the car from the police vehickle I got the model from.

Someone suggested that the origin of the model is not set correctly but I redo the whole model and not touched the origins a bit.
