The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have installed LSPDFR and ELS, the latest ones available; I get this crash report after I try to start the game with the RAGE plugin, I also have the FHP 2.2 pack installed in the appropriate places. I have heap, game config and PackFileLimit as well. Someone please help me with this head ache 😞
