You'll probably just have to find a tactical uniform of your choice and modify the texture so it looks like the OPP - there are no existing textures (definitely no models) out there as far as I know, unless one of the older OPP clans have one lying around.

 

Modifying textures shouldn't be very hard. Find one of your liking and change the text to OPP where it has to be, etc.
