The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I enjoy using LSPDFR to run plugin calls. I've been doing more of the Fire Rescue side, and using "Fire callouts". I was using simple trainer to see if I could spawn in smoke effects to diy my on calls on the fly, however I found no luck...

 

Does anyone know how to spawn in particle effects such as smoke or fire in single player? Is that an option? More specifically I would like to be able to spawn in the smoke effect thats used for the smoke stacks, seen in the picture below...
