when i want to replace a car, the POLICE 1 and POLICE 2 and the FBI 1 and 2 work normaly but for the other veichels the textures became messed up like you see in the picture (This is for POLICE 3) what should i do ?

It seems like you have conflicting texture files, and/or conflicting model files. When you replace the old ones, fully delete them (all yft and ydt files) before adding the new ones to avoid having old and new models together.

 

Specifically in this case for police3, make sure you do not have conflicting ytd files (police3.ytd) or a ytd file that doesn't belong to that specific model.

So i have to delete the original files from the game to solve this problem ?

No, you have to delete the files in your mods folder. You have colluding vehicle files for police3, which is causing your issue. Delete the police3 files and reinstall the car you were installing in your mods folder.
