The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm having a tough time with NVE and loading LSPDFR. GTA V alone will load but LSPDFR and RPH will crash immediately or right at the time it loads. I've reinstalled the files I saw on other forums about this issue and it still occurs. I attached my crash report and I have the RCR as well for it but I'm not sure how to attach that at the moment.

 

UPDATE:

So I wasn’t aware of the LSPDFR Compatibility OIV and the GameConfig OIV and I installed both, now it’s working. I’m going to leave this up so anyone else having issues can know about it because I quite literally wasn’t aware.
