Problem & Solution

Hey I've Got This Working Thanks To Another Post That Had The Same Problem, So The Problem Itself Is With  Natural Vision Evolved  Combined With LSPDFR.  I Got It FIxed By Deleting All Of The Optional Addons  Of NVE Manually. (Not With The Uninstallers)

How To Fix:

Go Into The Dlclist.xml File And Deleting Everything That Starts With Nve Except Nve, Nve2, Nve3 And Nve_lspdfr. Then You Wanna Go To Your  Dlcpacks Folder And Remove Every Folder With The Same Name That You Removed In The Dlclist.xml File. After That You Can Load Up The Game To Check If This Worked, If It Worked You Can Install The Optional Addons Again And It Should Work Fine!
