The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I've tried to launched GTAV then RPH, launched GTAV all the way to story mode then launched RPH, checked all file permissions, turned off Windows defender, turned off all overlays (xbox, nvidia, discord, steam), checked permissions on GTAV.exe, RAGEPluginHook.exe and GTAV steam apps/common folder, forced windowed mode, no windows updates, no driver updates, reset computer, and reset wifi. I've also done all of this on multiple fresh installs of GTAV and LSPDFR only on 2 separate drives including a HDD and m.2 SSD.
