When I downgrade GTA IV to version 1.0.7.0, the game works fine. However, after moving the LCPDFR mod files and the compatibility patch for the complete edition, the game crashes after a few seconds upon opening. When I open the diagnostic tool, it shows ScriptHookDotNet.asi modified. Here is the log so you can help ⬇️.
