The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Game crashes after choosing story mode. Crashes with and without ragepluginhook running. I have packfilelimit adjuster and heap adjuster installed. Latest gameconfig.xml and I've verified the game files multiple times without success. 

My RPH log is below.
