The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

heres links to pictures I took of the problem, as far as i can tell everything else works besides the lights let me know of any files that would be helpfull too
