I have this problem now for 3 years asked in RPH discord 5 times and 2 times here
got the same problems still 3 years later and tried everything. 
Fresh installing gta, updating, downloading all necesary plugins, tried launching gta first / launching rage first, having Rockstar meanwhile open
Please... help.. me..

    I will be honest, I think it's the mod itself. So many people are reporting issues, yet the devs can't be bothered to get off their high chairs and release some kind of hotfix for the player base.
