The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

i cant load into the game with RPH without or with plugins enabled. game works fine without RPH. i changed the thresh hold to 60000 but it doesnt work. the last thing in the logs is:
