    I have the same problem when i ran GTA IV , it's a little bit annoying but you will never mind after some times .. The only thing to do is wait , after 25 - 30 seconds it will show up !

    I believe it has something to do with your ENB.

    Well I don't know cause I've been using the same ENB for about 1 month and this just started yesterday
