I found out the problem was about the peds overhaul mod after disabling my lml file but I have no idea on what to do with the extra config files I downloaded with it because they dont work without the mod and they make the ultimate backup mod useless and I have no idea on how to delete the mod too since I tought I set it up wrongly and downloaded the oiv version aswell.
