Everytime I load up RPH the game loads... well kinda it shows the 'loading story mode' and then before it can do anything my game just completely closes. I'm not sure if I did something wrong whilst installing it not.

    can you send you're RagePluginHook.log, asiloader.log, scripthookv.log, and els.log if you have them?

    the game crashed and els failed to send an all clear message, "POLICE.XML" in GTAV\ELS\pack_default is corrupted or faulty. delete it and try again.
