Due to ScriptHook V updates, I cannot run the game

Hello. On June 25, 2024, GTA 5 had an update in the form of a new DLC for GTA Online. From that moment, when I updated LSPDFR, specifically ScriptHook V, AdvancedHookV to ELS (after replacing the update files from the RAR archive to the main game folder), the game did not want to start at all. First, when I wanted to run it using RAGEPluginHook, the cursor thinks for a while and nothing starts. When I start the game normally without RAGEPluginHook, when loading the story mode, after a few seconds the game crashes to the desktop without any message. I searched a bit on the Internet, forums, Discord, etc. and it turns out that it is the fault of the file called "dinput8.dll", and this is indeed the case. When I delete this file, the game starts normally in story mode and does not crash. But it doesn't have all my modifications, and I've been working on "my pack" of mods for a week or so. When I move "dinput8.dll" to the folder again, the same error occurs as before, so it is definitely an error caused by this file and not by the modification. And I don't really want to reinstall the game, because, as I mentioned earlier, I spent a week getting used to mods, plugins and scripts for LSPDFR and I don't want to do the same thing again.
