How to fix code 134? I already updated SHV,RPH,LSPDFR and GTA 5

Try this alternative launch method provided here. Apparently, this helped another person who was having the same issue earlier this morning. If this does not work, try following the steps provided here by Rockstar Games Support.

 

If neither of these steps work, please let me know by quoting me so I see your reply.

 

@cherryaerie - I use epicgames, so i really have to delete gta 5 and reinstall it again? I already verified the game but code 134 error still appears.

No, I am not sure why their recommendation for nearly everything is to reinstall the game...

 

Anyways, assuming you tried the other suggestion as well, try this;

1. In File Explorer, navigate to Documents/Rockstar Games and delete the Social Club folder. 
2. In Task Manager, end any task from Epic Games / Steam by right-clicking on the task and clicking "end task". Make sure you end all the tasks, not just the active applications. (End the background tasks)
3. Launch the Rockstar Games launcher and let it update if it prompts you. Sign into your social club account and launch GTA from the launcher. 
4. Do not launch RPH until you get the option to launch into story mode. From there ALT+TAB (or ALT+ESC) and launch RPH. Once it fully launches, hit play story mode.

Tak czy inaczej, zakładając, że wypróbowałeś również inną sugestię, spróbuj tego;

1. W Eksploratorze plików przejdź do  Dokumenty/Rockstar Games  i usuń folder Social Club. 
2. W Menedżerze zadań zakończ każde zadanie z Epic Games / Steam, klikając prawym przyciskiem myszy na zadanie i klikając „zakończ zadanie”. Upewnij się, że kończysz wszystkie zadania, a nie tylko aktywne aplikacje. (Zakończ zadania w tle)
3. Uruchom Rockstar Games Launcher i pozwól mu się zaktualizować, jeśli zostaniesz o to poproszony. Zaloguj się na swoje konto Social Club i uruchom GTA z Launchera. 
4. Nie uruchamiaj RPH , dopóki nie pojawi się opcja uruchomienia w trybie fabularnym. Następnie naciśnij ALT+TAB (lub ALT+ESC) i uruchom RPH . Po pełnym uruchomieniu naciśnij play story mode.
