The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

i am new to the game and would want nypd mods and more calls but drag and drop because I'm really not getting how to use openiv if anyone can let me know if they have mods like that the more the better

unfortunately you cant install car mods, audio mods, etc mods if you cant use openiv, script mods and such you can just drag and drop normally but if you cant use openIV you cant install most mods.

Depending on the Mods, some come equipped with a OIV installer which will do that for you... However you still need to be able to use OpenIV as that is where you run the OIV Installers.
